We created the graduation films for De Montfort University in both 2021 and 2022. Highlighting the incredible achievements of this unique generation of students who have studied throughout the pandemic, the videos are a celebration of their resilience and perseverance. We came up with the idea of using their acronym DMU to create the narrative moments “De Montfort Made Us… Proud, Resilient, More etc”. We filmed individual students whose stories reflected each of these key themes and combined this with beautifully shot footage from the campus and highly stylised transitions.
