This 2D animation was produced in conjunction with industry specialists Fullcomms. We captured the holiday spirit in a series of animations for Moat Homes, a leading housing association in the South East. The films depict Christmas and New Year’s Eve celebrations within a family setting.
The story unfolds through a voice message from a parent to their daughter, creating a sense of nostalgia.
To enhance the storytelling experience, we developed the characters sent by the client and used this style to inspire the scenes and other content for the animation. It was imperative that this felt like one cohesive piece so we incorporated kinetic typography, dynamic integrated transitions and custom sound design, synchronising seamlessly with the heartfelt dialogue.
