This animation showcases a compelling exploration of Portsmouth City Council’s impactful services for vulnerable adults in the local area. At the heart of this visual narrative is the principle of avoiding labels and recognising the diversity within our community.
We created style frames and a full storyboard of ideas for these sensitive topics based on the client’s original script. We were then able to create this abstract style animation in full. The creative scene transitions work to create a seamless journey through different sectors of society – connecting them by following characters or places along the piece. We illustrated Portsmouth landmarks within the backgrounds to give this a local and personalised feel.
This animation is a testament to Portsmouth City Council’s commitment to breaking down barriers and fostering an environment where every individual, irrespective of labels, can access and benefit from the wide array of services offered.
