The project included a main brand advert, a separate customer journey video and a suite of supporting photography designed to show both the transformation of the kitchen and the everyday moments that make it the heart of the home.

Dream Doors specialises in replacing kitchen doors and worktops rather than ripping out the whole room, helping homeowners achieve a fresh new look in as little as 2–3 days and at a significantly lower cost than a full refit. The campaign needed to communicate those practical benefits clearly, while also building warmth, trust and emotional connection with Dream Doors’ audience.

The brief

The brief combined commercial storytelling, lifestyle-led interiors imagery and clear product detail.

For the main advert, the aim was to create a warm, witty and trustworthy piece that showed why a Dream Doors makeover is the smarter choice. The tone needed to feel personable and relatable, while reinforcing the core brand messages around cost savings, speed, convenience and trust.

Alongside the advert, Dream Doors also commissioned a separate customer journey video to show the full process, from showroom visit and in-home consultation through to fitting, sign-off and the final reveal. Together, the two films gave the brand both a hero campaign asset and a more practical piece of content focused on the service experience.

Photography also played an important role across the production. The visuals needed to capture the full kitchen transformation, as well as the details that define quality craftsmanship, including handles, taps, worktops, splashbacks, under-cabinet lighting and storage features.

Our approach

Our approach to this kitchen makeover video production was built around two ideas: showing the quality of the finished kitchen, and showing how that transformation fits into real everyday life.

The creative direction called for imagery that felt bright, authentic and natural. These were not meant to be spaces styled beyond recognition. The kitchens needed to feel lived in, welcoming and aspirational, without losing credibility. We used natural light where possible, shaped interior lighting carefully, and avoided harsh flash in order to keep the visuals soft, warm and believable.

We also focused on candid family interaction within the finished space. Moments like baking, making tea, chatting around the table and browsing the Dream Doors website helped root the campaign in real domestic life. That balance between polished interiors and human-centred storytelling was key to making the content feel both premium and relatable.

As part of the process we handled the full production including scriptwriting, casting, set dressing, filming, photography and editing.

The main advert

The main advert was designed to build emotional connection while landing Dream Doors’ key selling points in a memorable way.

We created visuals that showed the kitchen as more than a fitted product. It was a place for family, conversation and everyday routine. Alongside wide reveal shots of the transformed kitchen, we captured detail-led cutaways of worktops, taps, handles, appliances, lighting and storage, helping the advert communicate the value and finish of the makeover.

The finished film supported Dream Doors’ wider campaign messaging around saving money, reducing disruption and achieving a high-quality transformation without the cost of a brand new fitted kitchen.

The customer journey video

Alongside the advert, we also produced a separate customer journey video showing the end-to-end Dream Doors experience.

This film covered the full process, including the first contact at home, sample selection, measuring, showroom interaction, fitting in progress and final handover. By documenting each stage clearly, the customer journey video helped position Dream Doors as a professional, trusted and approachable service-led brand.

From an editorial point of view, this gave the campaign a second layer. While the advert focused on emotional appeal and brand impact, the customer journey video demonstrated reassurance, process and practical value.

Photography and transformation content

Photography was captured alongside the video production to give Dream Doors a flexible library of campaign assets for wider use.

This included matched before-and-after kitchen shots, in-progress installation imagery, lifestyle moments with talent, and detailed interiors photography showing finishes, fixtures and craftsmanship. We also documented fitters at work, product features in use, and final reveal moments that helped support both advertising and customer journey content.

By integrating stills and motion within the same production, Dream Doors received a joined-up content package that could be used across website, digital, social and campaign materials.

This agricultural innovation video focuses on Kilnsey Park in the Yorkshire Dales, capturing how a local farmer is using innovation to transform low-value and waste wool into a practical growing substrate for sustainable food production.

Created as part of the Wool Innovation Network, the film highlights how collaboration, research and targeted innovation support are enabling new uses for UK wool, increasing value for farmers and preventing wool from being sent to landfill.

While the wider project includes filming across multiple UK locations, this page relates specifically to the Kilnsey Park story, which centres on regenerative farming, circular systems and total controlled-environment agriculture (TCEA).

The Context Behind the Agricultural Innovation Video

UK wool is a natural, technical fibre with significant untapped potential, yet large volumes are currently underused or disposed of due to low market value. Through the Wool Innovation Network, farmers, researchers and businesses are working together to explore alternative applications that can deliver environmental and economic benefit.

At Kilnsey Park, this challenge is being addressed through experimentation with wool-based growing media, using surplus and waste wool as part of a circular food production system. The project demonstrates how agricultural by-products can be reimagined as valuable inputs within innovative farming models.

Filming at Kilnsey Park

Filmed on location in Kilnsey Park, Skipton, the video centres on farmer Jamie Roberts, who is championing local supply chains and low-emission food production through an experimental container-based growing system.

The story captures how wool, combined with hemp for structural support, is being used as a bespoke substrate within a total controlled-environment agriculture container. Wool contributes nutrients to the growing process, while the system itself enables efficient, small-scale production of crops such as microgreens and mushrooms.

Key filming elements include:

• A to-camera interview with Jamie, filmed outdoors with sheep and farmland in the background

• Close-up footage of the wool/hemp substrate, showing material composition and texture

Demonstrating the Impact of the Growth Guarantee Scheme through Sustainable Enterprise

This public sector case study video explores how Câr-y-Môr used access to finance to support sustainable growth, environmental impact and community benefit. For this case study, we worked with Câr-y-Môr, a pioneering regenerative seaweed and shellfish farm based on the St Davids peninsula in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The project was commissioned to demonstrate the real-world impact of the Growth Guarantee Scheme (GGS) and to create a bank of flexible video and photography content for ongoing use across British Business Bank digital channels.

The challenge was to produce content that worked on multiple levels: a longer-form case study for the British Business Bank website, alongside shorter, dynamic social media assets that could be shared throughout the year. At the same time, the content needed to remain factual, balanced and compliant, clearly explaining the role of the Growth Guarantee Scheme without implying endorsement or direct lending by the British Business Bank.

About Câr-y-Môr

Câr-y-Môr is a community benefit society operating Wales’ first regenerative ocean farm. Based off the coast of St Davids, the business grows native seaweed and shellfish using regenerative farming techniques that work with natural marine processes rather than against them.

The Welsh name Câr-y-Môr translates to “For the Love of the Sea”, reflecting the organisation’s dual mission:

• To improve the coastal environment through regenerative ocean farming

• To support the wellbeing of the local community through job creation, sustainable food production and environmental restoration

By occupying the full water column and growing multiple species together, Câr-y-Môr’s farming model maximises biodiversity while producing nutritious, low-impact food. The farm also delivers wider environmental benefits, including improved water quality, nursery habitats for marine life and natural coastal protection.

The Brief for the Public Sector Case Study Video

The British Business Bank commissioned this case study to support communications around the Growth Guarantee Scheme, showing how access to finance can help smaller UK businesses invest, grow and deliver positive economic and environmental impact.

The content needed to:

• Demonstrate the tangible impact of the Growth Guarantee Scheme on Câr-y-Môr’s growth

• Highlight the role of SIB Group as the lender providing finance under the scheme

• Share practical advice and insight from the founders for other business owners

• Be adaptable for website, YouTube and social media platforms

• Include Welsh-language subtitles to meet accessibility and language guidelines

Our Production Approach 

To bring the public sector case study to life, we captured a mix of to-camera interviews, observational footage and environmental visuals, ensuring the final films felt active and authentic rather than static.

Rather than placing contributors in a single interview setup, we filmed conversations in multiple locations across the site, including:

• Walkthroughs of the farm and production spaces

• Seaweed harvesting and shellfish handling

• Product preparation and behind-the-scenes activity

• Wide landscape and coastal drone footage

This approach allowed the interviews to unfold naturally, grounding the conversation in the physical reality of the business and reinforcing the scale and setting of Câr-y-Môr’s work.

We worked with the co-founders Owen Haines, Joanne Haines and François Beyers, capturing reflections on entrepreneurship, sustainability, funding decisions and the lessons learned along the way.

Content Capture and Deliverables

The shoot was designed to create a flexible content library that could be repurposed across platforms. Deliverables included:

• A 2-minute case study video with and without subtitles

• A Welsh-language subtitled version of the main film

• Short-form social clips (15–90 seconds) optimised for Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Facebook

• Interview soundbites suitable for text-led and caption-led social edits

• A one-minute website edit featuring voice-over-led storytelling

• A full set of 15–20 still images, including action shots, portraits, product imagery and behind-the-scenes moments

Photography was captured with space for text overlays, supporting future campaign use and consistency across British Business Bank channels.

A key focus of the interviews was how the Growth Guarantee Scheme enabled Câr-y-Môr to move from pilot projects into commercial-scale operation. The films explain, in clear and accessible terms:

For the 2025 Start Up Loans Ambassador Programme, we travelled to Scotland to film an energetic and inspiring business case study video with Rachel Munro, founder of The Rebel Baker, a fast-growing allergen-free manufacturing bakery producing frozen cookie pucks for the food service industry. Filmed at her bakery in the North Harbour Industrial Estate, this piece captures Rachel’s entrepreneurial journey and showcases how effective business case study video production can bring founder-led stories to life. About The Rebel Baker

The Rebel Baker began as Rachel’s personal mission to challenge the norms of the baking industry. After appearing on Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars, Rachel transformed her experience and new-found confidence into a specialist allergen-free bakery that now supplies cafes, restaurants and major distributors with high-quality frozen cookie pucks.

Her brand blends creativity with technical expertise, making a product that is safe for allergen-sensitive customers without compromising on taste or texture. With strong demand already in place and a new contract with Bidfood emerging, The Rebel Baker is entering a new phase of accelerated growth and national reach.

Capturing the Story – Our Approach

For this Ambassador series, we applied our experience in business case study video production to create dynamic, social-first content built around Rachel’s personality and brand. Our brief included capturing: 

• A 60-120 second YouTube asset (16:9)
• A 30-60 second reel introducing the business (9:16)
• Five 60-70 second reels per ambassador
• A 30-second paid-media-ready videos for Meta (1:1)
• A mix of still photography for social and press

With Rachel’s bakery offering strong visual storytelling opportunities, from its signature pink floor to its industrial-chic office space and hands-on production zones, our aim was to create footage that feels vibrant, modern and highly shareable.

We filmed with a two-camera setup using Sony FX9 and FX6 bodies, supplemented with lighting, full sound kit and a stills camera for portrait, action and behind-the-scenes image. Our team included Producer Hannah Manning, Camera Op Matt Wild and Camera Op Kate York, with BBB’s Andy Binkiewicz attending on-site.

Dynamic Interviewing

In line with BBB’s guidance for the Ambassador Programme, we avoided static, traditional interview setups. Instead, we captured relaxed, conversational moments with Rachel across multiple backdrops, walking through the bakery, demonstrating processes, interacting with equipment and showcasing a small batch production run arranged specially for filming. 

This approach allowed us to emphasise the personality behind the brand: bold, confident, humorous and candid about the challenges of scaling an allergen-free manufacturing operation. It also meant we could gather a variety of short soundbites perfect for Instagram Reels, TikTok-style edits and paid ads.
