University & Education Video Production
We create films and animation for universities, colleges, schools and education organisations across the UK.
From student recruitment and research communications to learning content, careers films and social media campaigns, we help education providers connect with audiences through clear, engaging storytelling.

Creating Content That Connects with Learners
Education audiences are varied, from prospective students and parents to researchers, teachers and young people.
We work with education teams to create content that feels authentic, accessible and appropriate for the audience, whether that means capturing genuine student voices, explaining complex ideas through animation or producing content designed for digital and social platforms.
Our team can support the full process, including creative development, scripting, filming, animation, editing, photography, subtitles and multiple social formats.
University Recruitment & Clearing Campaigns
We help universities connect with prospective students through creative recruitment films, clearing campaigns and social media content. Our work for Solent University includes fast-turnaround promotional campaigns produced for broadcast and digital platforms, with one campaign generating approximately 537,000 views. We understand the importance of authentic student stories, strong visuals and delivering content within tight recruitment deadlines.
Trusted by education organisations
We work with schools, colleges, universities and education partners to create inclusive, engaging content that helps people feel comfortable, represented and understood.
Cass Productions has extensive experience producing content for universities, colleges, schools, curriculum providers and organisations working with young people. Our education portfolio includes long-term student-recruitment work for Solent University, recurring content for De Montfort University, recruitment films for Itchen Sixth Form College, inclusive careers content for Solent Careers Hub and Cedar School, and BBC Bitesize’s bilingual GCSE Chemistry animation series. We also produce youth-facing content for Artswork and training content for young entrepreneurs through Innovate UK and The Prince’s Trust.
We understand that education audiences are not homogeneous: prospective undergraduates, postgraduate researchers, international students, school pupils, SEND learners and early-career audiences require different levels of detail, tone, pace and reassurance. Our approach prioritises authentic contributor voices, age-appropriate communication, inclusive representation, safeguarding, accessibility and platform-aware storytelling while retaining the credibility and brand standards required by educational institutions.
Our wider education experience includes promotional films for Barton Peveril College and Brockenhurst College, animation for Bournemouth University and the University of Southampton, educational resources for the University of Portsmouth, and projects for the University of Northampton, Cognus and Wessex Youth Offending Team. We’ve also created dance and drama teaching resources, creative animation workshops and accessible learning content for young people.
Through our work with UKRI, the Faraday Institution and other research organisations, we’ve filmed at universities across the UK, including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, King’s College London, Southampton, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and UCL. This gives our team extensive experience working in academic environments, collaborating with researchers and communicating complex subjects clearly.
“The Cass Productions team were extremely accommodating to our children and the needs of a busy school setting. Dean and Joe were friendly, understanding, approachable and professional, and made everyone feel at ease and confident during filming and stills opportunities. The team gave the children the time they needed to understand what they were being asked to do and answered all their questions, which made the day such a valuable learning experience for them.”
